A Creative Alternative to Floral Arrangements  Created exclusively for Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Homes by Dazzling Mélange, Comfort Baskets are a unique option to standard floral arrangements and sympathy cards. Each basket is filled with high quality treasures carefully selected to suit each theme. Crane stationary, Spode China, luxurious spa products and a cookbook of comfort foods---these are just a sampling of some of the items included in our baskets. Each basket will be wrapped in cellophane, include a card/tag for you to personalize and tied with a bow. Below is a list of each basket theme and its contents.

Comfort Food: $105
The comfort food basket is ideal for someone who appreciates the culinary arts and diverse flavors. Included in this beautiful natural basket is a wonderful cookbook by Donata Maggipinto, Everyday Celebrations; Savoring Food, Family, and Life at Home. World Market’s Harvest Vegetable Soup mix is nestled in a hand-painted Tuscan style soup bowl. To compliment that, basil tomato cheese, 2 cheese spreaders and sesame water crackers are part of the contents. Busseto dry salami, a box of Bentley’s orange spice tea and Toblerone Swiss chocolate round out this mini-feast. For young children, death is scary and confusing. We have created this basket to help with healing and to entertain them during the long services and events that occur during these times. The book, Help Me Say Goodbye is a therapy book that helps kids express their feelings in words and pictures. Also included is a Webkin plush animal that is soft to hug and also fun on the computer. A packet of Kid's Mix Jelly Belly candies and a Charms lollipop for a sweet treat are tucked in as well as a small photo frame. A duck full of bath gel, a fun card game and a hand-held puzzle add to the gift. In addition, a Crayola wonder coloring set is ideal as the markers do not write on anything but the wonder paper---so cars, tables, church pews and sofas are not at risk.
