Dear David,
We want to thank you for the kindness and concern you showed us in handling all the details of our dad's funeral. As I told you several times, he would have been pleased that he was in the hands of a Travis-ex. Because of you, everything went so smoothly. You really went the extra mile to get the music to the Travis school song, and the video was perfect. It is something we'll treasure forever.
